Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, however delivery may take a few additional business days depending on customs clearance, the destination country, local courier services, weather conditions, and other unforeseen logistical delays.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey. We recommend using 17track.net to track the order, as the Shop App may not accurately display the status of your order.
